Yes, Seventh Generation dishwasher detergent packs are compatible with all dishwashers. Please follow the usage instructions on pouch.  

If the pack does not fit in the main dispenser cup, place the pack in the bottom of the dishwasher. 

Yes, Seventh Generation Triple Action Clean Dishwasher Detergent Packs are septic safe. 

There are no intentionally added triclosan or parabens to this product. 

Yes, our packs work in hard water.  In extremely hard water conditions, it is recommended that you also use Seventh Generation’s rinse aid in conjunction with our dishwasher detergent packs.
