What tip do you have in the category of 'Personal Health'?
Drink organic milk! I just discovered it and it is simply AMAZING. It lasts FOREVER in the fridge and tastes extremely fresh up to the expiration date (which is usually at least TWO WEEKS after purchase date). I will never drink 'normal' milk again.
