I have recently realized how selfish my family and I have been. We were so wasteful and unconscious of what we were doing to the earth. As a mom, I believe it is my responsibility to educate my son about how to treat the planet, even if he is only 3. My husband thinks I am a little looney, and believes that this is just a phase, but I am truly dedicated to being a better member of our earth. I would love to eventually find a career in a field that is pioneering change in our environment. I have high ambitions to make change and hope that even the small things I am doing will make a difference. Good luck to all you "Greenies" out there, I know we are bettering our planet everytime we make the choices that many can't or won't make.
